The faces behind TIA Yukon

Caroline brings over 20 years of international experience as a trusted advisor to international associations and public sector organizations. She has supported global clients in strategy development and implementation, destination branding, and event bidding and hosting. Formerly a Managing Partner at an international consulting firm in Switzerland — acquired in 2015 by Burson, a global leader in public relations — Caroline later joined FIFA during a significant period of organisational transformation, before returning to agency life in global advisory roles. Drawn by the Yukon’s Larger than Life experience, she relocated to the territory in 2024 and joined TIA Yukon in 2025.

Yuya first came to the Yukon in 2012, following his studies in sustainable community development and field studies in Ghana. After a year in the Yukon he returned to Japan to finish school and worked as a human resource expert for several years, before finding his way back to the territory he had fallen in love with. Yuya channeled his passion for the Yukon into the tourism industry, and after five-plus years working as a tour guide he is now the Manager, Labour Market Programming.
